Washoe County's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through GuidanceResources® provides resources and information for personal and work-life issues. Services are confidental and provided at no cost to qualifying employees and their dependents. The GuidanceResources® program is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Services include short-term counseling, financial and legal information, work-life solutions, and online resources.
